I offer 90-minute private sessions to support anyone experiencing grief—whether from the loss of a loved one, ambiguous loss, or grief related to addiction or overdose. In a safe and supportive environment, I’ll guide you through self-reflection and hands-on art-making with acrylic paints and creative tools. This process gives you a way to express feelings that may be hard to put into words.
These sessions help you move through the stages of grief, from shock and sadness to acceptance and hope. By engaging creatively, you can release tension and negative energy, making room for healing and resilience.
